PUMA evoPOWER CAMO Protect 1 Goalkeeper Gloves - Goalkeepers

PUMA have launched their new evoPOWER goalkeeper gloves to tie in with the new boot silo. As with the boots the new Protect 1 gloves have been released in a CAMO colourway ahead of the official launch later this month.

The evoPOWER Protect 1 lands as a top level competition glove with a 4mm Ultimate grip Latex palm, embossed flex channels and provides unrivalled grip in both wet and dry conditions. PUMA have introduced a patented Flextec 2 finger protection, which protects fingers from hyper-extension by locking at 180 degrees. When it comes to finger protection we're aware keepers are split on it but if it means you can play Saturday after repetitive shooting drills in training then you'll have no complaints.





The evoPOWER also features a revolutionary PUMA patented thumb spine protection, all of which are lightweight and removable, allowing you to customise the protection of the glove to your specific needs. The twin wrap thumb maximises latex to ball contact, and the anatomically spread tooling follows the hands natural shape and contour for total comfort.

The breathable thumb and finger gussets allows airflow for added comfort and an elasticated wristband with full length latex strap provides wrist support and a secure closure. As with the new evoPOWER CAMO football boots the gloves' camouflage pattern is made up of numerous little PUMA Cats for a unique design.

The camo design will be unwrapped later this month to reveal the first official evoPOWER GK glove colourway but the camo drop gives keepers their first look at what the new glove packs technology wise. Nicely done we think, the clean palms and toned down colourway create an understated glove with a unique twist.
